Eligibility

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, invoice and warranty card.
  • Sealed items (earbuds, hygiene products) are non-returnable once opened.
  • Returns are accepted for: damaged in transit, manufacturing defect, wrong product delivered, or significant mismatch from listing.

How to raise a return

  1. Call +91 98933 33366 or WhatsApp us with your order ID and photos/video of the issue.
  2. Email chouhancolleection01@gmail.com with the subject "Return — <Order ID>".
  3. Our team will verify and schedule a reverse pickup or in-store drop within 24–48 hours.

Refund timelines

  • UPI / Card / Net banking: 3–5 business days after pickup & QC.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded to your bank account (NEFT) within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "No returns" on the product page.
  • Software, gift cards, prepaid recharges, activated SIM-based devices.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling or unauthorised repair.

For damage-in-transit claims, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery — it helps us process refunds faster.
