What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Internal hardware failures during the warranty period.
  • Battery defects as per brand-specific policy (usually 6–12 months).

Standard warranty period

  • Mobiles & Tablets: 1 year manufacturer warranty (accessories 6 months).
  • Laptops: 1 year onsite/carry-in warranty (extendable per brand).
  • Audio (earbuds, headphones, speakers): 1 year brand warranty.
  • Smart TVs: 1 year comprehensive + 1 year on panel (brand-specific).
  • Appliances: 1–2 years as per brand. Compressor / motor cover up to 10 years.

How to claim warranty

  1. Keep your original invoice — it's your warranty proof.
  2. Visit the nearest brand-authorised service centre, OR
  3. Call us at +91 98933 33366 / WhatsApp — we'll help locate the service centre and coordinate with the brand.
  4. For DOA (Dead on Arrival) within 48 hours, we offer free replacement subject to brand verification.

What's not covered

  • Physical, liquid or burn damage.
  • Unauthorised repairs, software modifications or rooted/jailbroken devices.
  • Cosmetic wear & tear, scratches, dents from regular use.
  • Accessories beyond their stated warranty (e.g., cables, chargers — typically 6 months).
  • Loss or theft of the product.
